Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Covered for Dogs, a dog care continuity service operated by MindLikeASieve ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Silver Forest Limited. By using Covered, you agree to these terms.
What Covered is
Covered is a care continuity service that tracks your dog's preventative care schedule and follows up via WhatsApp when something is due or overdue. We help you stay on top of flea treatments, worming, vaccinations, grooming, medication, and other routine care tasks.
What Covered is not
- We are not veterinary professionals and do not provide medical or veterinary advice
- We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any health condition
- We do not purchase products or medications on your behalf
- We do not book appointments with vets, groomers, or other providers
- We do not replace professional veterinary care
You remain fully responsible for your dog's health and wellbeing. Covered is a support service, not a substitute for professional veterinary care or your own judgement. Always follow your vet's advice.
Subscription and payment
Covered is available on the following plans:
- Single Dog: £9.99/month or £99/year
- Two Dogs: £14.99/month or £149/year
- Multi-Dog (3+ dogs): £19.99/month or £199/year
Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly billing.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time via WhatsApp. No notice period required
- Monthly subscriptions end at the end of your current billing period after cancellation
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days (you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- If you add or remove dogs during a billing cycle, your plan will be adjusted at the next renewal
Add-ons
- Holiday Planning (£29 per trip). A one-off charge to prepare a care handover for kennels, sitters, or family. Non-recurring.
- New Puppy (£179). A one-off setup package for new dog owners. Includes initial care schedule setup and first 12 months of Covered. Non-refundable after 14 days.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your dog's care needs and history
- Let us know if anything changes (new vet, new medication, change of product)
- Respond to check-ins honestly. It is fine to say "not yet", that helps us help you
- Keep your WhatsApp number active and accessible
- Make your own decisions about your dog's care based on professional veterinary advice
Our responsibilities
- Maintain your dog's care timeline accurately based on information you provide
- Send timely check-ins and follow-ups via WhatsApp
- Provide monthly status reports
- Keep your data secure and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Be transparent about what we can and cannot do
- Notify you of any changes to pricing, terms, or the service itself
Accuracy of information
Covered tracks dates and schedules based on the information you provide. If you give us incorrect dates or product information, our reminders and follow-ups will reflect that. We are not able to independently verify treatment dates, vet records, or product suitability. If you are unsure about any aspect of your dog's care, consult your vet.
Limitation of liability
Covered is a tracking and follow-up service. We do our best to help you stay on top of your dog's care, but we cannot guarantee that no care tasks will ever be missed. We are not liable for:
- Any health outcomes resulting from missed, late, or incorrect treatments
- Any adverse reactions to products or medications
- Any costs incurred from missed appointments or lapsed insurance
- Any interruption to the service due to WhatsApp, Stripe, or third-party platform outages
- Any decisions you make based on information provided by Covered
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us during that period.
Service availability
Covered relies on WhatsApp for communication. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if WhatsApp, our hosting providers, or other third-party platforms experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as possible.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:
- Payment fails repeatedly and cannot be resolved
- You use the service in a way that is abusive or harmful to our team
- You provide deliberately false information
If we cancel your subscription, we will refund any unused portion of an annual plan on a pro-rata basis.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will notify you via WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
Changes to pricing
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we increase prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice via WhatsApp. Price increases will apply from your next renewal date. Annual subscribers will not be affected until their current annual term ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
