Covered is a service provided by MindLikeASieve ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

We use your information solely to provide the Covered service — building your dog's care timeline, sending check-ins, tracking responses, and generating your monthly status reports. That's it.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Airtable for data management and Stripe for payment processing. Both comply with GDPR requirements.
As a UK resident, you have the right to:
We keep your data for as long as you're a Covered subscriber. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently delete it. We'll send you your dog's care summary before deletion.
This website uses minimal analytics (Plausible) which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. No cookie consent is required.
Covered is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we'll notify you via WhatsApp before the changes take effect.
